Dolav, the manufacturer of high quality food-grade plastic boxes, is the latest company to confirm that it will be exhibiting at the forthcoming ‘Fishing, Aquaculture and Seafood Expo – from Sea to Plate’ that will be staged in Glasgow, Scotland, in March 2012.
This will be the first time that Dolav has exhibited at the expo, and the presence of the company will help attract the attention of fishermen, seafood processors and fish farmers attending the event. Dolav has been producing and supplying plastic pallet boxes for over 30 years that are used by the seafood industry. Amongst the ‘Dolavs’ on display will be the new Dolav 1000 Ace box pallet.
UK sales and marketing manager, Maria Plastow, said: “We are looking forward to the show and hearing from visitors about their ideal box pallet and showing how our one-piece, three-runner Dolav 1000 Ace fits the bill for the demanding requirements of the seafood sector.”

“We have had a fantastic response to the new format of the show, which celebrates its 25th anniversary this year and has been broadened to include processing, seafood and aquaculture in recognition of the increasing integration between the various fish industry sectors. Stand space is filling up fast and we will shortly be announcing our exciting events programme, which will be stimulating and informative for visitors.”
As well as the comprehensive stand displays, the social side of the show is also being seen as a very important element and some fantastic retail, leisure hotel and travel deals have been arranged for exhibitors and visitors.
“The Fishing, Aquaculture and Seafood Show – from Sea to Plate” will take place from 22 to 24 March 2012 at the SECC, Glasgow, from 10am to 5pm Thursday & Friday, and 10am to 4pm Saturday.
