Scottish Sea Farms, the UK’s leading producer of farmed Atlantic salmon requires a Supervisor to manage the operations of a Night Hygiene Shift at the South Shian Salmon Processing Plant.
The successful candidate should be capable of managing and motivating a team of Hygiene operatives, and must display good interpersonal skills.
Previous technical experience of this type of role would be advantageous but not essential.
The Supervisor will report to the Production Manager and must be able to communicate effectively and have competent computer skills
Candidates must have a dedicated outlook to work within a highly motivated small team and be willing to take on new challenges. Selected candidates will be given on site training, as required.
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary plus bonus.
