Nutreco, a global leader in animal nutrition and fish feed has announced that Mrs Anja van Bergen-van Kruijsbergen (49) is appointed Company Secretary and Legal Director.
Mrs Van Bergen-van Kruijsbergen will start on 1 May 2010 and will report directly to Mr Wout Dekker, CEO Nutreco.
Anja van Bergen-van Kruijsbergen graduated in Dutch Law from Radboud University Nijmegen in 1985 after which she started her career at ING Bank. From 1989 until 1996 she held the position of Head of Legal Affairs at Fortis Finance. Since 1996 Anja van Bergen-van Kruijsbergen has been employed as Global Legal Counsel, Compliance Officer and Company Secretary at Arcadis N.V.
Nutreco employs approximately 10,000 people in 30 countries, with sales in 80 countries. Nutreco is listed on the Euronext stock exchange in Amsterdam and with annual revenues of EUR 4.5 billion in 2009
