Loch Lochy 

Salary - £22,605 - £24,660 per annum, plus overtime

We are currently looking for a key individual to assist with the management of our farming operations at the Company’s newest and largest  Freshwater site at Loch Lochy, near Fort William.

The ideal candidate will have several years’ practical experience in salmon farming.  Leadership combined with strong inter-personal and planning skills are just some of the attributes required for this post. Candidates must possess excellent computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel and Word.  In addition, applicants should have a full driving licence and should be prepared to undertake travel as required.

The post brings with it significant responsibility and the appointed Assistant Farm Manager will be required to be flexible in terms of total hours worked, in order to satisfy the demands of the role within the wider business. 

In time, Loch Lochy is expected to produce in excess of 5 million smolts.
