We are currently recruiting for a Marine Operative in the Upper Loch Fyne area located within our South Production Region.
MARINE OPERATIVE – (Ref: QP/MO(1)
(Salary grading range – depending on experience - £15,500 - £19,000)
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, self-motivated, have good communication skills and be able to demonstrate prior experience in working within a small, focused team in a constantly changing and challenging environment. Where previous aquaculture and boat handling experience is desirable for this post, the company will also offer further development opportunities through its in-house training and also through external training providers.
Working hours are normally 40hrs per week Monday to Friday, with weekend working required on rota basis overtime is paid at an enhanced rate.
In return, the company offers a comprehensive pay and benefits package including entry into the Company pension scheme after the qualifying period. A full, clean driving licence is also essential.
