Seafish is hosting a SALSA (Safe And Local Supplier Approval) certification training seminar at it's Grimsby office on Wednesday 03 February.
The training seminar will provide an overview of the SALSA certification scheme, analyse the content of the standard and highlight some of the potential benefits of gaining SALSA certification. SALSA is designed to offer local food manufacturers a standard that is accepted by UK food buyers and delivers tangible food safety improvements for both suppliers and buyers.
The seminar is free of charge and will start at 10am and finish by 3pm. Lunch will be also provided.
For further information, or to book your free place, please contact Richard Wardell, Seafish Training & Accreditation Adviser on 01472 252322 or 07590 774878.
