Salary Band (£22,000 - £26,000 per annum)
Marine Harvest (Scotland) Ltd is currently seeking a highly motivated and strong individual for the post of Trainee Manager.
Applications are invited from individuals who are genuinely interested in developing their career within the organisation. Potential candidates should have at least two to three years practical knowledge and experience of fish farming. Initiative, the ability to manage and motivate personnel, good planning, organisation & computer skills and a proven ability to achieve results without close supervision are some of the necessary skills required for this post.
The successful candidate will be expected to train initially at the Company’s site at Laga Bay with the potential to move to a promoted position within the South mainland. In addition they will be expected to attend the necessary training courses to gain sufficient knowledge on feed & stock management, harvest & grading planning, asset management, performance and HSEQ management. In return the candidate will benefit from an attractive salary package, including bonus.
