Marine Harvest have announce that Alvaro Jimenez has been appointed to the position of Managing Director for the company’s operation in Chile and member of the Group Management Team of Marine Harvest. Alvaro Jimenez has acted in the position since April.
Mr. Jimenez came aboard the Marine Harvest family through the acquisition of his Santiago-based company Delifish.
He holds a degree in Civil Engineering and has a wide knowledge of the seafood industry. In the process of change that is currently going on in Marine Harvest Chile Alvaro Jimenez has shown a strong capability to execute on the restructuring plan for the Marine Harvest operations in Chile.
