A NEW shrimp farming standard will be launched at ESE in Brussels today.
Moving towards sustainable shrimp farming, GLOBALGAP has developed the shrimp farming standard based on demand for sustainable sources, focusing on food safety, animal welfare, environmental and social sustainability.
The standard will be launched at the ESE this afternoon.
GLOBALGAP is a private sector body that sets voluntary standards for the certification of agricultural products around the globe.
