Ašalsteinn Helgason resigns from the Icelandic Group board

Ašalsteinn Helgason has resigned from the board of the Icelandic Group plc.
Pįll Magnśsson, managing director of Sund ehf., will replace Ašalsteinn on the board.
The Icelandic Group is a holding company controlling an international network of production and marketing companies selling seafood products on the international markets with emphasis on frozen fish.
